Momof4: Where s the customer service

This is a great chair. My son loves it, my issue is the customer service. The back of the chair has a zipper that broke after the first week. It wasn t used in a harsh way, but it ripped and the whole back is exposed. I contacted the seller and didn t hear anything from them. That is a disappointment. The chair works as a chair but I am not satisfied with the lack of response.
