Debbie R: Not happy with the condition of the Wood

I received this product, unpacked it to assemble, and noticed many scratches, broken wood, etc as I was putting it together. I spent the money on the loft bed package, and I am hoping that I do not have the same issue with that set. I think the wood needs to be better inspected before you package and send to a customer who spends good money to put together something that should be better constructed
