Amazon Customer: major quality defect

The product arrived with rub marks where it appears that the item was packaged while the paint was still wet. I ordered a replacement, planning to use the new parts and return the defective parts and the replacement unit had even worse paint rubs. Because the original box is thrown away, about the only thing I can do at this point is to return the replacement chair and paint this chair myself unless the manufacturer can supply touch-up paint. This is very disturbing from a quality standpoint..
